Closing a week says the money has gone out on those numbers. While any week is closed the rules above cannot be changed, because changing them would rewrite a total somebody has already been paid from.

QuickBooks matches on names, exactly, and does not guess. If its employee list says Llive, Hector and we send Héctor Llive, the row either fails or quietly creates a second person. So write down here, once, what each of our names is called over there — and copy the names out of QuickBooks rather than typing them from memory. Boxes save themselves.
