A square or wide picture both work. It is shrunk to 512 pixels here before it is sent, so a photograph of a sign is fine.

Payroll arithmetic

Shown, not editable. The weekly report computes hours from these every time it is opened — changing one would rewrite weeks that have already been paid. Ask before touching them.

Time zone — set once when the company was created. Changing it would move shifts between days, all the way back.
